For Sale is my Panerai GMT PAM 88 - J series. I have all three boxes, paperwork and the plastic protection cover. It is very hard to describe the condition of a watch, but I think my is in great shape with what one would think is regular wear and tear. I don't wear it very much at all (my regular watch is a Black Seal) which is why I'm selling this one. I bought it in the spring of 2008 and I'm asking $5150 US plus $150 for shipping with insurance. I prefer bank transfer but if payment is made via Paypal, payment must be made in Canadian funds. This is posted more as a courtesy here on styleforum; I have it posted elsewhere and I don't expect it to last more than two weeks at this price. Regarding shipping, I'm in Canada and it includes insurance and overnight. Will ship for less if the purchaser wants. I'm enjoying the snide comments but my intention was to try and avoid the lowball offers that seem to come with Styleforum. I've turned down two offers of $4900 from my other site and ignored the $3k offer from SF
The watch hasn't been polished, there are not swirl marks just poor photography by me. I will update these soon. As for the strap, there is no water damage but the strap does have markings in the alligator strap that were explained to me was part of the finish. I bought this from an official Panerai/Patek boutique and took their word for it. If someone is broken up about it, I can split the cost of a new alligator strap with the purchaser.
