Purchased last year from a SF seller, it originally came with basted sleeves but I've only had the buttons sewn on so it would be possible for alteration of the sleeve and the option to add working button holes if required.
Condition wise it is really the same as when I purchased it, I've only worn it to the office a couple of times since I've had it.
This is a really nice sportcoat, and unfortunately my photos does not give it much justice but I've tried to give some macro photos to give an idea of the detail.
