Finally SOLD and received the money!! 15 people inquired and 5 wanted to buy it. Paypal ID was sent to them but never heard from any of them. It's a strange world out there.


I bought this Borrelli jacket from another forum member recently but decided it's not for me. It just sat in my closet until I listed it for sale on both this forum and Ebay. It was sold on Ebay but the buyer could not pay for it. I am now reducing the price to only $400 including shipping within USA (payment by Paypal gift please). You do the math and that's a little over 10% of its MSRP for this beautiful Borrelli jacket.

Here is the description from the original seller:
NWT Borrelli storm system beige safari jacket in size 40R. This is a great foul weather jacket with a water resistant Loro Piana Storm System shell with full wool lining and a leather-lined collar. Zip and snap closures on front and pockets. Chest 22”, sleeve 25.25”, shoulder 19.25”, length BOC 31”. Retails for $3,675.

This jacket seems cursed. Everyone who comes by it needs to sell it. Nonetheless so tempted. Free bump for awesome jacket at awesome price. If someone doesn't grab soon I might need to sell an organ.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's just a little big on me and I am picky about how a jacket fits. If I was a little bigger, I would have kept it for sure. It's a steal at this price. A Borrelli shirt costs around $150 or more here. And this was a $3700 jacket. Sometimes, people just hesitate when they see a real bargain and immediately think that there is something wrong with it. This Borrelli jacket is as nice as it comes.

If the rules don't permit a seller to respond to openly aired question about defects, that seems problematic.

If it sold for under 400, someone got a smokin deal. I always kinda liked It and needed a piece of outerwear but the color wasn't my cup o tea. (and it was a tad small on me) Btw bit of a derail but sf trips me out. In 09 everything and anything with a borrelli logo sold like a cheap whore at a bachelors party and now LB just sits and sits DESPITE the fact that most o the LB sold here is the quality stuff pre 2010. Still Some of the best RTW shirts Eva, IMHO
