The time has come to replace my Mabitex pants I got from Daff'ys 2 years ago.
I paid between $30 and $60 a pair.
I prefer flat front wool dress pants, not chinos/khakis.
Where can I buy pants like this these days?
I am not going to pay $250 retail, but do not want to dig through salvage bins at a store that is almost closed.

You won't find Mabitex anymore outside of Yoox - I was told that the company went out of business, and it is likely that Yoox just has leftover stock . And Incotex will not be coming to Daffy's this season. Your best bets are Yoox, Gilt, and other similar B&M stores -- C21, Neiman's Last Call, Bloomingadles Outlet and Off 5th.

I don't need Mabitex or Incotex.
I don't care about brands.

Where can I get the following:
1) Wool dress pant
2) Flat Front
3) 10" rise
4) Under $100.

Daffys.

But it's going out of business.
I am not interested dumpster diving a vacant store.

Any other ideas?

I'm afraid that this is the truth as far as 34th street and maybe even 44th street locations. 57th street as of Thursday last week still had a good supply of dress shirts. I picked up 5 of them myself.

I was at 34th location today, shirts were a real disaster.

I decided to spend the time on jackets. It seems everything is large sizes. Shoes are a disaster, it could be somebody picked up the whole lot because they literally have junk right now.

I got a FB fall jacket, very nice! Its a light weight nylon/polyester material and is warm enough for right before winter.

Also picked up another FB Blazer in Navy, just like teh one I picked up 2 weeks ago! What a find, as they had none of the Navy all of the sudden I see my size sitting on the rack.

Also got a very cute fancy jacket for my daughter, everything was 20% off.

I just got a little taken back when I saw all the going out of business signs, it is certainly depressing.

This thread is turning into the lost episode of "The Walking Dead."

Must get to Atlanta...there must be other survivors...

Why don't we start brainstorming new options for reasonably priced Italian menswear instead of surveying the Katrina-esque damage?

And please don't just refer me, and everyone else, to Yoox.

Perhaps it's time to move this thread in that direction...

I have no idea where else to find this stuff. The problem with online sites is the sizing varies greatly on these shirts. I wear size 40 and find that only about 1 in every 3 or 4 I try on fits. I am also thin by US standards. I'm sure Yoox has a high percentage or returns. I have minimal interest in ordering a slew online, unpacking them and then sending several back.

I gotta imagine there is a market for a bricks and mortar location that specializes in things like these SAITT group shirts. Not sure if others agree, but I like to see, feel and try on before buying...

Today I saw a guy holding a large Daffy's Going Out Of Business sign at the corner of East 57th and Park Avenue.
