This is a very unique Kiton Sport coat in 100% Silk!
Size 42R
Three Buttons.
Notch Lapels.
Color: Light Grey, on very close inspection seems to have very fine black and white alternate lines.Some very tiny silk imperfections visible on very close inspection.

Measurements:

Shoulders 18.5
Chest 21.5
Length(BOC) 30.5
Sleeves 25.5

I have found that silk always has those imperfections naturally. I think that is quite normal.
