Never paid any attention to the Ervell hype but was in a store the other day that had the alpaca sweaters and they are indeed very soft. Might end up picking one up.

I guess that's fair. I am one but I don't like buying from them

how much tighter is the heavy winter buttondown xs v s? it seems like the difference is very small when measured in inches, but can't try it on in person ....

Icelandic sweater this year fits the same as alpaca pocket sweater? Got size M as well for $180 shipped.

Fits similar but slightly different. I returned the pocket sweater I got earlier this season but kept the Icelandic I just got. Chest is similar, length is roughly the same (icelandic might be very slightly shorter), main difference is that the sleeves aren't as long as the pocket sweater (which I found to be really long and didn't taper very well around the cuff).

I wonder if I should have gotten a large now.

Need to try back on my pocket sweater. It arrived and has been folded up on my drawer ever since. lol

Ervell website has the chest being only .5 smaller, which maybe a problem if I remember my fit correctly. With a shirt layered it could be tight. All else is pretty much the same. (On a size medium)

Damn considering the gilt alpine cotton sweater. Guessing a 42 chest would take an XL to be comfy in that one huh

If you buy from the official Ervell site what do they ship in? Boxes? Trying to see if my order will fit through my mail slot.

Also, was cleaning today and found the packaging for the winter jeans from gilt (these - http://www.gilt.com/brand/patrik-ervell/product/161451335-patrik-ervell-slim-fit-jeans) and they're marked current season fw12, which is weird because they popped up on gilt like a month ago (before f/w sales started) and P&B doesn't stock any ervell jeans...

Anybody want the black icelandic sweater in size small for $170 shipped before I return it to P&B?

Hey Ervell fans, question: Did Ervell change its label to what it is now (stamp-like logo) recently? I got a pair of pants off eBay but the label is all black, with PATRIK ERVELL printed on in white all caps. Does anyone know what year this happened? Thanks a lot.
