I'm keen on the twill jeans.. wear a 32 in Acne Max Cash/Raw, 34 in Ervell?

andy i wouldn't size up..give them a couple days of wear around the house...

skitlets that looks great, definitely not too small hahaha. btw guys that picture is dark, the actual color is much brighter but still super nice. also note that the alpaca sweaters don't stretch out nearly as much as the cotton ones...just the nature of different fibers. the alpaca is stiff and dense, the cotton is soft and loose. if you wear it alot it'll stretch a little but not enough that anyone but the wearer would probably notice. cotton knits will noticeably loosen up a bit

the moss field coat is too good this season, someone should kopp for sure.

Tooth,

I was interested in a pair of the twill jeans from fw11... They're a true 30 and i'm a true 32. Will they stretch or should I stay away?

The twill jeans have a lined waistband and will not stretch much if at all.

Thanks. I don't need my muffin top back fat exposed so I appreciate the tip!

Does anywhere in the world still have a pair of size 32 fw13 black jeans in stock?

So I just received my jacquard blazer. Super happy with it, fit is great. The colour is a bit more greyish then the photos seem to imply. I don't seem to have any pants that works too good with it though.  I was thinking either some silverish gray or perhaps a chocolate brown ish kind of thing, with a slight tapered fit. Perhaps just chinos. But I'm not sure. Any recommendations?

that piece can be a bit tricky because it's so specific...i'd say basically either go for contrast and pair something like the washed selvedge denim go for a compliment and just do nice tapered pair of mid-grey wool flannel trousers, maybe with a nice pleat. can get formal fast though.

i always think the like forgotten other option is to change the silhouette and increase the volume of your pants, I realize that's outside of alot of peoples comfort zones...

or buy the matching pants. decisions.gif

Finally got my green blazer from the Corner, feels way shittier in terms of construction than before, no canvas and overall feels cheaper. Fabric is 50/50 for me, nice weight / fabric but not digging the hand. Fit is pretty solid though so probably going to end up keeping at the sale + 40% price

Now hopefully pants are there when webstore goes down to 50 or 70

in what way does it feel cheaper? what do you mean, than before? unstructured blazers are not canvassed and never have been...part of why they're unstructured...that fabric is also great by my hand. if you want a cashmere blazer go buy italian, i guess.

Eeeeew... Italian suiting... :nest:

How did you find the sizing on the unstructured? Bought a 36 which is yet to arrive, based in the measurements I think it should be okay but I've heard they come up slim

anywhere still have in stock the quilted sweatshirt, black, medium? Looks like it's sold out everywhere. Was hoping to catch it on sale.

All blazers I've had before have been from Ervell have been canvassed / very nice. Fabric on this one just doesn't feel as good, I'm not gonna argue this it's just my opinion. You probably know more about fabrics than I do anyways and you are an Ervell expert

By unstructured strict definition sure no canvas so maybe should have said minimal structure / natural shoulder vs straight unstructured. Just under impression blazer would have a bit more construction with a half liner
