Wouldn't you be a 40/42 Stevent? There's a couple of those still out there. Just got mine from the corner, and the color/fabric is so nice.

Also grabbed the lightweight and heavyweight jacquard button down shirt in emerald. The lightweight version is so nice in person. The heavyweight version just couldn't stand up to the lightweight ver. The handle on the lightweight is more comfortable and the color is much deeper. The heavyweight version felt really stiff, and the color was a dark matte green.

I was going to return both, and wait for sales to hit to repurchase the lightweight one...but since there's so few avail avail in my size (Medium, I assume there's only one/two more on the PE website) I don't wanna risk missing out.

Tried on suiting at American Rag, 40 snug but works for me 42 would be a little big. Didn't realize corner had stock this season when 25% off code happened. Pants I need 36 since calves too tight on anything smaller and I take in waist a little. No 40 nor 36 left at corner and no 36 pants anywhere? Didn't look too carefully though. So much green stuff this fall I want. BoO has green suit too but would prefer Ervell one for color / fabric weight. Might have to kop at retail for Ervell now

Thanks for feedback on shirting was looking at the green ones as well

interesting to hear your thoughts, was pretty much sold on the heavyweight jacquard since i prefer the patterning on it, but may now have to reconsider...

think feji is totally wrong the heavyweight jacquard is way nice imo. more detail to the jacquard. because of it there's more yellow and the color is lighter. the lightweight does look darker but i think the heavyweight has more depth.

quilted sweatshirts are back. get em now.

I actually liked the patterning on the heavyweight jacquard better than the lightweight too, but for me the color and feel of the fabric sold me on the lightweight version.

Thanks ARW, copped my black quilted sweater icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

does anyone know when sale starts this season?
If last year is any indicator, should start in about two weeks.

Anyone seen the nylon zip up quilted jacket in person? Quite like the olive colour.  Is the website sizing pretty accurate?

arw, think an xl in http://www.patrikervell.com/product/detail/pass/1207 would fit my 6'4" lankiness?

I just picked up the collegiate jacket and found the website sizing to be spot on.

I picked up the SS2013 unstructured blazer in navy a while back and was wondering if it would work to pair it with a white dress shirt?  I've recently read from others around here that one should always pair a sport coat with a light blue dress shirt but I've seen a lot of pictures with models wearing the blazer with a white dress shirt.  Does it work with both? I'm not quite sure what to think at this point and would appreciate your opinions.  Thanks.

Personally, I think you pair it with whatever shirt works with the whole outfit. There are no defined rules IMO. I wear navy blazers with checks, plaids, blue, pink, white, etc.

+1. Whoever told you that a light blue shirt is the only option for a navy blazer was full of it.
