^Thanks might just buy it then. been trying to find a casual jacket since I missed out on the Apolis french work jacket. should've bought it when I had the chance

How warm are the 100% cotton blazer/pants? I understand they're from the S/S collection but the Southeast summer is next level. Think it'd be nice as a casual suit but I don't want to suffocate.

I've always wondered about the fit. I would like to get my hands on an unstructured Ervell blazer in 36 one day.

The "louder" pieces from Ervell should be worn straight, stiff and without any bells and whistles. This is a great hat, you just can't wear clown shoes and wacky shirts with it.

Blazers fit very slim, generally you should certainly size up at least one from your regular jacket size. The unconstructed blazer is very soft and lightweight, about as light as a decent thickness cotton will go while maintaing decent structure/drape. It is not super thin, but it is airy and very comfortable. Give it a shot, it was never a piece I was initially drawn to but then I tried one on. [somoene asked how to 'jackets' fit I assume this is what was meant, but as for the general outerwear i'd say true to size and occasionally with certain pieces you can even get away with sizing down for a slimmer fit, i would not attempt this without trying on first though. i the sherpa collared shirt jacket from last fall and even though its a sample the measurements seem closer to a small then a medium. works nicely though sometimes I have to lay off the shoulder excercises shog[1].gif)

i like that quilted hat, you have to have the right head shape/face shape though. Doesn't work on me.

I think I can pull off the sport caps (I have 2, one in burgundy suede and one in brown suede) and I have a 1/1 sample version of the fw11 static fleck cap with a nylon speed toggle closure that has a significantly longer and narrower brim and that one looks pretty good I think.

I have a black suede and khaki with black pleather brim. They are very cool.

Whoever picked up the unstructured blazerr from Frances May, holler if it doesn't work out.

Does anybody know what the black patent shoes are mostly used in the pictures, or a similar alternative?

Something about the postman throws me off. I've been looking for a black wedge oxford but those are just eh. I'm always looking for alternatives to the postman...

Try the Common Projects Derby? I've never seen them in person, but I like that they're not completely monochrome.

I wish I could afford the Marc Jacobs
