Kiton sportcoat is beautiful. Measurement is a bit strange. Is the jacket length 30", sleeve length is 24.6" maybe a bit short without alternation. What is the waist size? Any alternation done on this jacket?

I was actually wondering why the sleeves were finished.

BTW, they do not look like working buttonholes. It is a bit unreasonable for such level of a jacket.
