Deleting the original post? Weak as fucking hell. Will avoid this guy for buying or selling regardless of the situation due to attempt at covering his tracks - which is impossible since it is discussed for 4- more posts and his text was quoted by other members.

I don't know what the fuss is about though. It's his right to sell the item for whatever price he wants. And it's your right not to buy the item.
No one committed to buy the item, so this wasn't like the Connemara-Aportnoy/pink Attolini tie incident.
Plus, there are a TON of sellers here who mark up their items 2-3X. Why is this case really any different, other than that it was more blatant than other posts?

I think your question is misguided. He could have started the price off at whatever the fuck he wanted to and not ONE person would have been able to comment negatively with out others (sometimes myself) jumping to HIS protection.

But listing an IC at 250, realizing the potential, and in a capitalistic heat, doubling the price within a couple days was a very bold move that pissed off many who were willing and ready to pay the $250, but not the $500.
OP has some scroat

I have zero attachment to the suit so there;s nothing but objectivity in my wordsd.

? If he priced it at $500, why not just wait until he price drops it to $250? Or were people upset that someone else might buy it between $250 and $500? I still say, it was an interest check. It's wasn't a contract. No one made a commitment to buy the suit at $250. Nobody went, well, I am going to be sitting in front of my computer for the entire day, and when this seller posts pictures of the NWT Castangia, I am going to go straight to my Paypal account and buy that mofo suit. REALLY? Is it really something to get that worked up about? The message has already been conveyed that the OP is not a reliable seller. Next time, he does an IC, don't respond to the IC or warn others about the prior offenses, or put the comments on the pinned buyers and sellers thread. Put this thread out of its misery.

me thinks people are mad just bc he doubled the price between his IC and FS thread.

No mention of the legitimacy of his sale threads but I don' imagine that's an issue other than the fact that according to another poster, he jacked up the price of the sweater thread between the IC and FS as well.

I have nothing vested in this matter, just commenting on your question.

He did not!? Did he? What type of threats could make SF delete the thread? hscdrt shouldnt have been a shady sob in the first place. He clearly didn't help his case when he told the OP he didnt want to send back the "damaged" tie. PLUS, his terrible reputation followed him. It is what it is.
