As a Canadian, I find that very fucking cool.  Awesome boots man!

I only recently came across these black and tan Vibergs from Palmer Trading Co, though I guess they've been around for a while?  Not sure about the dual colors, what do you all think?  And has anyone gotten a pair, or seen them in person?

At $975, they sure aren't cheap, but they are one of the few makeups around on the 2045....

Not feeling the duocolor to be honest.

Danner Mountain Lights?

Yeah style is right but I prefer the color and the rough out

The Mountain Light Overton is similar-ish, but has some other differences. Suede, not roughout, and a vibram sole instead of the lug

^ Fracap aswell (also suede and vibrams though)

I think I agree.  Plus I just noticed that Palmer Trading does not allow returns, so those boots are definitely off the table.  Not sure I could bring myself to pay 975 for a pair in the first place; but definitely not without the option to return if they don't feel right.

Hopefully @LA Guy will do a Pachena Bay group buy later in the year, so they will be delivered before next winter.

I think you will be very pleased with them. They really do feel like butter...Super soft and incredibly comfortable. They have far exceeded my expectations!

Mate, not sure if your question was answered as I couldn't see one. The Leffot Boondocker is on a 2030 last and the Viberg.com Boondocker is on a 110 last. Basically the 110 is for a wider foot and the 2030 is slimmer with a more pointed toe.

Is there a reason for the 2021 sole being curved and not flat? The centre of the sole is thicker than the outside...
