Viberg Boots - Page 121

Sorry, should be US 8E on SD.

Anyway, I actually got high arches & insteps.
I wear medium to heavy weight socks + "Superfeet" half-insoles on most of my work boots for heel cushion & arch support.

However, I wear light to medium weight socks w/o insoles on both Trickers & Viberg, so they're sized accordingly.

An image of my Icy Mocha Service Boots halfway through applying a little Venetian Leather Balm for the first time. Boots are 2.5 years old and have been cleaned with saddle soap and mink oiled every few months.

Just wanted to say about "Viberg".....They are by far some of the nicest people I have dealt with either on or off line.

Very impressed.

^ 310 mate...

Thanks. I couldn't recognize it from that angle. I'm always used to seeing the 310 last from a near-profile shot with its square unturned toe.

^ it actually was that way...after some hard wear it collapsed nicely though!...

Has anyone confirmed what the US-size at Barneys (http://www.barneys.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-BNY-Site/default/Product-Show?pid=502448623&q=viberg&index=0) corresponds to in terms of Viberg's typical sizing? Is a 10 Medium (43 EU, 9UK) at Barneys a size 10 from Viberg or a size 9?

I once bought a Viberg size 9 but Barney wrote 10US on the box.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

Had a chance yesterday to stop by the store Sixteen in NYC to check out their Viberg builds in person, the Olive Chromepak Service Boot and the Blue Latigo 110 boot with Christie sole.  I really liked the "Latigo" leather, which seems to be midway between a lustrous CXL and a tougher oil tan.  Not sure what the process is for making it, but I 'd love to see it in other colors.  The Chromepak was closer to CXL, maybe nearly the same (again, I don't really know the process) and it was a very cool boot.  The Chromepak was a more standard build and therefore almost sold out.  They still had several sizes of the blue latigo boot, which is not exactly my style, but for anyone interested in some color and style in their Viberg (and don't mind the wedge sole) it was a cool boot for sure...
