If the derby resembled the half Japanese that would be awesome, but I'm sure that might be difficult.
If the Chelsea was a side zip I'd pass, a little too fashion oriented for my tastes personally but I'm sure it would look very nice.
The Chelseas are on a new last, similar to 2030, so I'm OUT ... due to fEEt config.

Country derby or Trench would be fab on commando soles__ for a rugged [country] aesthetic .... fingers crossed for some camelhides &/or special tannage👊🏼

I wear all my Vibergs a half size down from my Brannock. I have long heel-to-ball lengths, so these work best for me, but do leave a lot of room in the toes.

I've gone a full size down from my brannock on the 110's and 1035(as most here do) but on the Route 10 chukkas on the 110 I should have gone down 1.5 sizes.

I have gone done one full size on the 110, 1035, and 2045.

I'm a 9.5 on the bannock and an 8 in 2030 and their Engineer boot last.

Very excited to get my first pair, boondockers on 2030 last! Any advice for shoe care besides a waterproof spray? Maybe a suede cleaner? Not very familiar with roughout

Thanks

1/2 size down from Brannock for me.

2040 Mocha Oil Roughout:

My 110 last seems like I could go down a full size but the length is perfect as is. They are roomy as hell but I think a full size down would be too short.

Pretty much have come to the conclusion that I am a full size down from Brannock on all Viberg lasts, even the 2030.  With regards to the 2030, I could go either way:  length is perfect a size down, though a bit more snug; half size down is a tad long, but otherwise comfortable.  I have normal feet, as far as I can tell.

I tend to favor the more snug fit, as -- for whatever reason -- I am sensitive to shoes that are too "long" in the nose.  That being said, I am pretty sure I am the only one that would notice, as the difference is roughly a quarter of an inch.

same exact thing for me....so far the only issue i have had was with our sfgmto 110 chukka...loose in the heel. if a service boot the extra lacing would snug it fine.

with no option for half sizes I feel lucky so far with Viberg sizing across the 5 lasts I own that fit has been excellent.

I was going to ask Route 10 owners about that. I'm having the same issue and am wondering if I should have gone down 1.5 sizes instead of my normal 1 full size down. They are mega roomy

compared to my other 110's....Still cool boots.

Anyhow, I put on a Pedaq heel pads and tongue pads and they are good. But still sorta clunky. Heel sometimes clip clops.

Oh yeah, for Route 10's owners, they were supposed to be Natural CXL. But to me they look like brown CXL. Anyone else feel that way?

I tend to have that sensation with all of my 110s.  I like the shape and overall fit of the 110, but it's just a tad shy loose by comparison at the heel.  It's not sliding all over the place, by any means, and going another half size down would be too short (at least in my case).  If I had to wager, I'd guess the folks at Viberg feel they have evolved beyond the 110.  The 1035 is probably the best overall "fitting" of their lasts, at least on my feet.  Pretty much a glove.

Me too for sure.

I feel the same as you about the 110's. They fit alright with medium or thick socks but with the Route 10 chukka, my feet swim in them without the pads and thick socks. And I think it's more than having only 3 eyelets.

the 1035 fits outstanding for me however i have it on the country boot pattern and I dont love the combo..on service boot it is fine. Sometimes on larger sized boots with other makers too things can look a bit out of proportion.
