Anyone else have trouble returning boots to .com? I just had a pair returned to me by USPS by way of Canada Post for the second time. First time Viberg rejected the package due to brokerage fees (I clearly marked to the package as a return). Not sure about the second time but I'm out $120. Thinking I should just sell and take the further loss.

PS: I've successfully sent back two pairs before without difficulty.

Sounds like you got screwed.  I would say the USPS/Canada Post owes you some money but I cant imagine that will be easy to accomplish.

The only time Ive done it (a couple of months ago) it worked out no issues - I wrote returned goods 20x all over the forms lol.  Returned goods should never be hit with fees but who knows what happens in that vortex.

Can someone help me identify the derby shoes in black roughout on a gloxi (or is it ripple?) sole at the bottom of Viberg's homepage?
What makeup are they? Is it a MTO; a GMTO; or is it carried by a certain stockist? They certainly aren't part of the .com selection.
Comments on how they turned out are very weicome too!

Closest I've seen to that from a stockist is the Palmer Trading Co Creeper seen here

Today: unstructured dusty black calf creepers from the sample sale

Thanks, fellas. Natty Waxed Flesh. The 1035 doesn't fit me well but I can give them another shot.

It seems the market finally brought this about. No one was interested in GYW CXL boots and for good reason! I'm all for Viberg doing whatever they want in terms of experimenting, but since the whole point (according to them) was to allow for the use of supposedly more delicate leathers, it never made sense to me why they did a run of CXL on stitch down. Maybe for practice? Anyways, it's nice to the sexy classic lineup back on track.
