Viberg Boots - Page 1152

Was browsing the Context store and saw that they have quietly restocked their Workshoe Horse Butt wallet, but this time in a 2 pocket format. Think this will go well with my matching Vibergs!

Like you never changed your mind wink.gif

At the time I thought they were okay, but just wasn't "$800 into them."

For $300 I will be happy, and since then I have more of a need for what are (relatively speaking) "dressier" shoes w/blind eyelets.

The mods should have caught this, but they prefer to be called "visually-impaired eyelets." "Blind" is considered derogatory. :-)

Grey reverse kudu from the sample sale. This leather is unbelievably soft.

I'm not sure if these stretch yet, this is the first time I've worn them. I haven't noticed much stretching from my Carmina kudus, but those admittedly aren't as soft and pliable as the kudu that Viberg uses.

I really like those grey reverse kudus. The kudu won't stretch much. Very tough material.

I've got those (retail!).

Great pick up. They are incredibly soft and supple....

I've had mine for a longtime and I haven't noticed any stretch. They fit me the best of any of my Vibergs. 1035 rocks.

Anyone know what leather this is? They're from the sample sale, 1035 last derbies. Gonna sell them but don't wanna market them as the wrong leather ya know? I think they're either ebony latigo or olive guidi.

Black shell cordovan 1940s service boot: 2030 last, stitchdown, structured toe, some sort of vibram sheet sole

*drool*

Seriously, my desire for black shell cordovan ankle boots is approaching need!

Unless you use a different manufacturer, or buy used, you wont find that here.

Viberg has stopped all manufacturing of stitchdown shell cordovan.

Agree with Trig on the fatty calf.  Here are my fatty calf boots from the sample sale.
