Bonus side/back angle shot with Huna : )

Thanks a lot. Could you please measure the circumference of the shaft once it's fully tightened?

Will the use of Super Invulner Waterproofing Spray slow down leather patina?

Really hard to do right when leather hasn't fully broken in yet cuz there's still potential stretch.

U can't expect same snug feel when fastened, versus the laced ones__ even when the boots are securely strapped in ... & sized right.

It's just got a totally different feel to it ... but it's too loose, u can always add another hole to the strap ... But, IMO, the most critical is sizing the length right.

How are the camel shoes and boots?  Anyone have any thoughts or opinions to share after wearing the leather for a bit?

I just got my camel boots late last week.  I've not worn them yet, but I'm happy with the leather and feel they are

an excellent option in particular for someone wanting a black shoe or boot.  I really like the more matte finish of the camel leather,

although I'm sure it would shine up if desired.  In my opinion these are a winner!

Thanks for the input Steve.  I was doing some reading the other night on Corthay's use of the leather. Sounded pretty cool in terms of abrasion resistance as well as it being very soft.

With the Hopper boot rerun I'm just deciding on what size I should go with, these boots look awesome.

I hate sizing questions as much as the next guy, but any input would be helpful since I have no experience with Viberg boots.

I have two pairs of Aldens: 11.5 Indy boots on the Truebalance last and 11.5 black shell cap toe on the Grant last.

I would say the Indy boots feel more comfortable compared to the shell, as the Grant last feels a little too narrow.

Any suggestions? From what I've gathered I'm somewhere in the 11-12 range since the 2005 runs shorter in length.

Thanks so much for any recommendations in advance.

I don't own any Viberg engineers, but from all I've read here, you should go with 12.
I know you'll give them an honest review Broark. I bought the MF Appaloosa after reading your reviews. You nailed it, taking the place of a lot of pieces I really like.

@Broark:
As per SuFu advise__ 1/2 size up from your Indy, if your fit is spot on, but don't have much toe room left on the Indy ... ie, 2005= 12 to compensate on the shorter lenght of the 2005 last.

Thank you for correcting me IIIrd. I initially subtracted when I meant to add.
