Viberg Boots - Page 1119

The pre sale lasted like 45 seconds, I had them on my cart, put down the size and when I hit checkout the sold out message popped up.

I'm out of town at the moment and wasn't quick enough on my cell for the natty shell release. Anyone who is a size 10 and the sizing doesn't work out, please let me know. Also if anyone who is a size 10 who missed out on the mahogany and would like to swap me for the natty shell please let me know.

Ha Ha! Not a worry! I realize that Alden is absolutely awesome, but there are some styles not in their wheelhouse. I really want one of the Berg Navy Shell Boots that they made many moons ago. Been patiently waiting for those to come back again.

Congrats Mike! I got in this natty shell slot too.
Can't wait to see them arrive in next 3-4 months! 😄

I'm fairly certain I'm going to put some brass eyelets on these natty shells. I don't love the blind. Something so minor is an easy fix thou.

I would be interested to see it...are you going to use eyelets that allow flat laces? These blind ones are pretty close together..I want to do them to my mahogany but not really worth it unless the eyelets can be bigger. I have to do something with them as at this point I reach for my cigar shell indys and my brown shell AE Bayfields boots nearly always before my berg shells.

.I hope everyone loves their natty boots...congrats....didn't order a pair but I think that shade of shell is going to look really cool on a viberg

Im not 100% sure yet, but I likely will go with smaller eyelets that allow only the round laces. Aesthetically I feel it will look better if I just stay with smaller eyelets.

is it really that easy? since they are blind eyelets, I assume someone will have to unstitch the lining and cordovan to remove them, and then restitch together. it would be easier if they were no eyelets at all and just install brass eyelets. I would be concerned about restitching part.

Congrats to all those that were able to get in on the order! Time for me to move forward... Does anyone know who will be selling the makeup that Brett posted on instagram 2 days ago? Light brown 2030...

I really have no idea. I assume it's something Randy or Brian can do from Instagram. I follow these guys and you'd be surprised at some of the masterpieces they pull off. Hell Randy builds his own shoes. I assume changing some blind eyelets and restitching is a walk in the park. Even if it costs me 200 bucks it's worth it in my opinion for boots that will last forever.
