Antagonism was needed to slap some truth into them about sending out half-ass work for the price they charge. No doubt this was noticed before shipping. But I'd bet my bottom dollar they figured someone somewhere will accept these no questions asked.
Well, I'm not that guy. Maybe if more people held their feet to the fire they wouldn't let shit like this out the door. I mean, seriously. As a customer it puts us out a few weeks of wearing our purchase (I had plans to take these to Vegas) because they're too lazy to do it right the first time. They deserve a little antagonism.
Quit being so immature and bitter about it and just deal with it. No need to be so childish. I assure you the exchange would go much better if you didn't come across as a giant jerk. Mistakes happen, they will deal with it.
