AFAIK, it can come on any last, but the one on the www.viberg.com website, and the Fourhorsement makeup, are both on the 2030 last.

To give you guys an idea on the 2030 last fitting, I am a 10W TTS athletic running shoes, 9.0D-9.5D Alden Berrie, Truebalance, Modified lasts and a 10D Plaza last.
The Viberg 2030 in Size 8.5 fits fine, yes its tight with my wide feet but it is bearable.
I do have the black Shell Cordovan service boots 2030 size 9D and the tightness is just the same.
Thanks for posting. This is useful because I'm trying to decide about the 2030 last sizing (for the SF special order). I wear a 9D Barrie, 9.5D Aberdeen in Alden. I am TTS 9.5US and 8.5UK. I have been thinking that I should go with 8.5 in the 2030, instead of the 9.0. I am sure that they would not be too short in the toe box, I just worry that the ball of my foot would be too far forward, or that they might be too narrow. It is interesting that you have two models in 9.0 and 8.5, and you think you can wear them both. Where is the tightness that you feel? In the width or on the top of the foot?
I own four pairs of Viberg shoes
1.) Viberg Boondocker not sure the Last, size 8.5 fit great
2.) Viberg Chukka cordovan 2030 Last size 8.5d fit ok bearable
3.)Black shell cordovan service boot 2030 last size 9 fit ok but like the 8.5 better
4.) Oxford (Sample Pattern), Natural Aniline CXL Roughout, Tan Lining, Leather Sole/Dovetail Heel, 2040 Last, No Box Toe, size 9 fit ok
So far the 8.5 fit best, the toe box including both sides of the ball of my foot is a little tight but not painful. No blisters have developed or joint pain.. Just wear thin socks.
On the other hand, my 2030 size 9.0 service boot fits much worse (both sides on the ball of my foot). It is a little too tight and I would need to wear moleskin or a great pair of socks to prevent blisters from devolving. I wore these boots for about 4 hours around he house and had to take them off due to the foot pain and hot spots around the ball of my foot.
I can still wear the 9.0d in size 2030 but would prefer a 8.5, hope this explanation assists you on your decision.
By the way if any of you are still on the fence http://www.manufactum.co.uk/viberg-shell-cordovan-boot-p1459459/ they look amazing in person. Pics included!

It's the actual design of the uppers that is different, not merely the stitching. The Service boot is a more conventional blucher style.
Contact Viberg directly. Either Morgan or Brett. These are very new lasts. I was advised to go the same size as my 110, which worked for me. And yes, I think 2045 and 2040 would be the same size as well. I believe the only one some can size down on (half size) is the 2030. Although, I would probably still go with my standard 11.5. For reference, I'm also a 11.5 in Red Wing Gentleman Travelers, Iron Rangers, and Alden Barrie/Trubalance. Although, I don't own any Aldens, but have tried many on. I was never comfortable with their attention to quality. Everyone of the pairs I got had some type of issue. Anyway, neither here nor there.
If you are really not sure, I would contact Morgan at Viberg directly, with a foot tracing, and tell him how you like the boot to fit. Remember that different people like different fits. For example, Arizor likes a really tight fit, but if I don't have decent wiggle room, I can never get comfortable.
