Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I assume this means they accept full refund within the 30 days? Shipping seems like a pain. What have been your experiences?

It is what it says on the box. No problems at all returning.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Yours are aging nicely.  Mine are probably more scuffed but yours are nicely "evenly" scuffed.  The heel counters on mine are banged up pretty bad.

Enough to with the endless 2030 service boots on danite. Big yawn for the latest release. WTF? The last MTO round with a few 110s was really excellent, and I'm not the only one that thinks so.

This forum cracks me up. What do you expect, exactly? A new, super rare one-off leather every time? People seem to forget that Viberg is still a very small operation. As more people become more and more aware of them and their market grows, they need to continue sticking with what works and what is in demand: the 2030 service boot that really has always been their best seller. My guess is the MTO's to be done through the forum have limited days as well.

In any event, the new icy mocha boot is the only current CXL offering on stitch down. Looks to me like they are filling a gap in their inventory by offering them.

Can you explain the stitch down? I jumped on the icy mocha bc it's been the brown I've been looking for. Not quite brown cxl, not coffee, not Nat cxl - just right.

I really think the 2030 serves as a great gateway into Viberg and fits a good compromise between a dress boot and a workboot and suits the needs of certain retailers like Mr. Porter and Club Monaco etc. Two years ago there were significantly less retailers carrying Viberg's boots and when a retailer got anything in stock it did sell out immediately and most of those were on the 2030 but I really dont see that continuing.  Many of the new shipments that have become available are still available and nowhere near sold out which to me says there is a need to offer other lasts more proportionately.  The person that buys a 2030 on dianite from mr. porter probably isnt goign to buy 5 Viberg boots so at some point I would expect more variety to entice additional sales. It is not my favorite last and I would like to see more variety, and as Ive said before we are atypical of the overall market and I personally won't buy another service 2030 service boot on dianite unless it is made of some very unique leather and stitchdown.

Awesome shot!

They were looking a bit parched, so I gave my service boots a light coat of VSC today.

Have a great weekend, guys!

Thanks for sharing.  Did all that happen naturally?  Where did you wear them for all that to occur?  Those are nice, though I do have mixed feelings about it personally.  I guess I'm a little too OCD to be able to embrace such inconsistencies on my boots.  Maybe I'll like it better when it's more evenly roughed up.  Or maybe I'll keep mine waxed, or just strategically aged.

110 on Vibram, such a comfortable combo after a long time wearing 2030 on dainite/leather soles.

I'm a 6.5E or 7D in Barrie, 7D Trubalance - what size should I take in 1035 both with insoles and without?
