Don't know who RDT is.

Rolling Dub Trio. If you google their Coupen Boot you'll find lots of images. It is pretty much only available in the Asian market. And mostly in smaller sizes.

I swear, these get posted in this thread every few months or so and every time I see it, there's a brief moment of excitement before I realize it's just someone else pining after them instead of a remake.

I received the Lost&Found olive nubuck service boot today, and, unfortunately, I think I'm going to return them (I took a chance on the sizing).  Before I do, however, I thought I'd see if anyone here is interested.  Size 11 on the 2030 last.

Thanks linafelt. Good looking boots.

That is nice. Wow, I see the resemblance. Same turned up toe, nearly the same color. Maybe not as high up the instep?

I like the Vibram 705/Cats Paw heel better on the half japanese though.

I think Viberg doesn't do much in the way of remakes outside of a few stock makeups. Anyway I'll try drum up some interest next go around.

Change that sole to large vibram ripple or stacked leather midsole with mini ripple & I'll be interested

I'm about a 10.5 on brannock, so from what I heard I should be a 10 or 9.5 in vibergs.

@therealeeyore Wow those look great up close. That picture is tempting lol.

Not exactly the same, but this boot is pretty close.

If only on the 110...

Here are a few more pictures.  I've done the best I can with my iPhone (the only digital camera I have) to capture the color.  I'd say that it tends a little more toward khaki-olive than green-olive, if that helps.

They really are great boots.  If I were a little more confident that I could make them work for my smaller foot, I'd definitely keep them.

So I got my Brooklyn Clothing Co. natty cxl boots a few days ago. Love em! One thing I was concerned about was that on some Vibergs I've seen the unsightly ridge of the toe support when they don't have cap toes, and I was worried that mine would show. But they don't, so that's great.

Weird thing is —and I've owned about 5 or 6 pairs by now — the tongue on these boots are literally the exact same leather used on the construction, not a thinner more pliable softer piece. It's rigid and fortunately not uncomfortable. Strange, though. I prefer it when they use a half-thickness version of the leather or a suede substitute.

I believe Viberg by default uses a more pliable tongue, but this can be overridden at the request of the dealer.

Seeing all these pics is making me die to wear some boots. Unfortunately it's been in the upper 80s to mid 90s. Headed to Yosemite next week though where it'll be in the 60s. Should I take the opportunity to finally wear my new coffee chromepacks or bust out some well worn OSB trench boots?
