I could also use some sizing hell ahead of the sample sale. I'm 7.5E in AE's 5 last and I believe closer to a 7 in Alden's Barrie (I've only tried on the 7.5 and felt it a little big).

Would I be better off with a 7 or 7.5 in the 2030 last? TIA.

Probably 7. It will probably have a little extra room in the toes for you compared to barrie in the same size.

yea seems that is the correct term. Pretty interesting looking boots, had no idea something like that existed.

Anyone know if Viberg still does individual custom orders if you visit their workshop? Thinking about maybe visiting next month. Would email Guy, but don't want to fill up his email box with small questions.

Yes they do. You should email him anyway and let him know when you plan on going.

Never purchased anything from the sample sale. Would someone mind explaining the drill?

It's exactly like buying any pair of boots online except there is only one pair available.

Thanks, @meso. I presume it's on Viberg.com. Should I expect to see a link on the website tomorrow at noon Pacific?
