Viberg Boots - Page 86

Hi Fok, I'm looking forward to taking a look at your service boots. I have a pair of oxford on 110 last & they look nicely rugged. So I wondered if 110 last would get along well with the service boots in terms of a look.

Service boot on the 110 looks good. Plenty of photos on the Viberg blog.

Can you post pics of your oxford on the 110 last? My oxford is on the 2030 last & am wondering if I should change to the 110 in my next MTO.

Hi DIno19, my oxford is exactly like this.

Simple, but rugged like a tank.

I wonder what do you prefer soft toe or hard toe?  do you guys think soft toe aged better?

Depends on what look you want. I ordered my service boot with the unstructured toe. Should crush nicely with some wear.

Hi seer, your oxford looks absolutely amazing. They are sophisticated in every aspects. Do you mind my asking how much it cost you to make your oxford?

Thanks in advance. pas

They were $620 + $25 to ship to the US. But now I think Viberg is adding 20% on top of that for special orders.

20% additional charge - that's why you guys discussed with Fok what style you will place a special order on in order to receive special discount with Viberg...

I was quoted about 680 for my MTO order and 25 shipping.

The guy that said 20% also said shipping was $150, so i dunno

Hi Dbear, did you place the order after all? What kind of leather did you like to use on your shoes? It must be a really good leather then...I'd like to see some pictures of your shoes though.

No, haven't nailed it down yet. Would like to go through SF if I can.
