I'm still waiting for mine too. I'm not worried about it though. This happened during the first round for me as well and it all worked out in the end. Your still getting your boots 12-16 weeks faster then you would if you ordered them now.

I'm upset over the customer service more than anything at this point.

I know those guys over at viberg are busy. However, I think it's unacceptable to just simply ignore my emails when I paid promptly for the boots. The least they can do is respond back with a simple "yes or no."

i think Morgan is the one who handle the shipping of the boots, his email is morgan@workboot.com

 

when i sent email to them, they usually reply within the same day.

What is the big deal?

When the boots arrive you'll get them.

Am I the only one here who remembers a time not long ago when stuff was sent and you didn't obsess about looking at a smart phone app to track your package in 5 minute intervals??

What about looking at the big picture that includes getting an awesome pair of boots at a ridiculous discount - isn't that worth some waiting for delivery?

I mean, come onnnnnnnnn..............................

The last thing I want is to turn this thread into a shit storm. How is voicing your experience a big deal?

It doesn't even matter to me if the boots are quality. I rather support a company who actually cares about their customers if they have questions and concerns about their order. Just because some of you got good service doesn't mean everyone else does. And for the record, I wanted the boots to arrive soon so I can get the sizing down and purchase more vibergs guess that isn't happening anymore.

But yeah I'll get the boots soon so I'll shut up now.

     If we're talking about our experiences, I will say that all of my contacts with Viberg have been very positive (Brett Viberg, Guy, Morgan, factory staff).  I first contacted Viberg, oh, maybe last November.  I've been in contact with them off and on since then.  I didn't always get an immediate response (in some cases it took a few days), but I always received a reply. The communications were always cordial and thoughtfully composed.  When I called the factory, the ladies in customer service were phenomenal.  They're busy.  I had to hold a few times, but they walked me through all my questions, went over my travel options to reach the factory (plane, ferry, car), and provided other helpful information.  While in transit to Victoria, I was severely delayed.  I wasn't sure I would make it in time.  Morgan kept in contact with me and stayed late to make sure I had a chance to get fitted for my boot order.  My overall experience is that Viberg has provided me with outstanding customer service.

What size are you?  It's possible that I might be selling these...  They are absolutely great boots, but just a little too big on me I think.  They are UK 10D.
