1. Paul Stuart is turning into some kind of Northampton shoe mecca.

2. The Ltd. Editions are definitely G&G - bevelled waist with the typical G&G sole. Nice styles, nice colors, etc.

3. They also have the usual Grenson MPs at $698, and there was also a very decent selection currently on sale at $339. Lots of brogues, semi-brogues, wingtips, etc. Not a bad price, I think.

4. They also had a selection of what appear to be C&Js on the 348 last. These were also $698 - they appeared to be to benchgrade standard - no channeled soles, but nice styles and colors.

picked up a MP at $339, great buy, I hope they will have the same discount on G&G when it comes around next time...

Not to high jack my own thread, but I was looking at a pair of G&G Hughes on eBay in UK10 on the T73 last. These won't fit if I'm a US 10 right? I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but . . .

Logically, you are asking if a pair of shoes that already runs big will fit you in a size that's 2 bigger than you normally wear.. so.. I wouldn't take the risk unless you have a good friend with bigger feet than you and you want to buy him a gift.

My wife hates when I step into PS because I nearly always walk out with a new pair of shoes.

IMO, Masterpiece at 50% of retail is one of the best brick-and-mortar deals you can find.

Agree - it's on par w/ EG at RL or Sak's for 50% off.

Logically, I'm asking about fit because I'm not certain how big they run. Seller actually indicated that they run "very small" so that the UK 10 would fit me. Obviously, I took this with a grain of salt but thought I'd confirm if this was true here.

Thank you for your insight.

Anyone have an idea when the Phineas Cole Spring Line is coming out?
I'm in dire need of some sports coats and I love their stuff.

I believe the seller made a mistake.

depends on your feet, my foot runs wider, so normally people size down a full size, but I only size down half (i.e. I am like 9.5 US wide to 10D US, so in TG73 I would get UK9.5, or at least the one time I tried in store). Though pretty sure in any case UK10 would be too long for US10 even if the width is all right.

Thanks - I think you're right, it probably won't work so I'm taking a pass.

I understand that Paul Stuart shoes are MP and P.S. Limited Edition shoes are G&G.

But who makes their Phineas Cole shoes?

Not all Paul Staurt are MP, on the Stuart's Choice.

I've seen Phineas Cole that are also GMP.
