Asus w3j laptop w/ original box, software, and carrying case It has been used by me for a little less than two years, I bought it factory refurbished, it has a small crack on the rim of the monitor which was there when I received it, it does not have any effect on the function, the keys are all clean and still in tact, the cover is a polished stainless steel that still looks very nice. Also I just reset everything to it's original factory settings and did all the windows updates so it is clean and ready for a new user.
