Finding a person in Canada

I was in a minor car accident (just scrapes on the fender) today that was not my fault and stupidly lost the info of the witness who also says it wasn't my fault. All I remember is a first name, which is thankfully an uncommon one (Idelta), and I know she lives in Toronto.

Is there any way to find this person? Nothing comes up on Canada 411.

Is the other person in the accident trying to blame it on you? or man up and accept responsibility?

I don't know, I'm pretty skeptical that you're actually a stalker trying to get advice on how better to find out personal information on some chick you met.

If this is the case, you should PM me...I might have some tips.
