Kyle likes to take older men on dates to wine storage places at which they are given the third degree about their "intentions." Mind you, these intentions have nothing to do with sweet Kyle, but with their latent desire to compete in the wine storage business. A shifty lot, these closeted wine storage folks are.

The guy that runs mine is a pretty nice guy. Not closeted or weird at all. Still, every time I'm in there he's trying to sell me some new service or something. I get the feeling he's trying to figure out how to make this thing pay.

He collects a few hundred bucks a year from me then never sees me again. In the meantime he's got to pay utilities and insurance and rent every month.

Last month I went in to rebox and inventory a bunch of my wine and he was trying to get me to let him do it (for a fee). I didn't. Took me three or four hours of time I would have otherwise been wasting on SF.

Nice guy though.
