Yes, absolutely. Could be carrying moth eggs, bedbugs, anything. Especially considering it's vintage. If it can't stand cleaning, it's not going to hold up to wear, anyway.

peak lapel SB suits aren;t my thing, but this seems like a good deal ($90) on a recent PRL one about a 40 R:

This went fast. That cloth was amazing. Reminded me of a suit from the armoury I saw a while back. I believe it was fox cloth

Guys, that was my auction. I have not had great luck in the past with the few things I've listed on SF, so I threw it up on Ebay instead, thinking it might not be of sufficient merit as a used suit to interest anyone here. The cloth was indeed a really nice 95% wool/5% cashmere blend, with a great hand. It just never quite fit me exactly right, and had been unworn in the closet for a couple of winters.

I wish I'd realized there would be interest here, as I would have been happy to have someone on SF get it.

saw it last week almost bought it , but if you look closely the jacket is not proportioned properly, the seller even says it was converted from a 40 long to a 40]

PRL made in Italy is always nice!

To be honest I think that was under-priced, in case you sell more in the future.

what do you guys think of this suit...

it seems to be exactly my size.

I've just graduated university and am looking for third suit and as you can see my budget is low...

I've already had several people tell me that since I posted that comment.

To be honest I paid $130 for it, had maybe $45 worth of tailoring done, and wore it maybe twice. It had been in the closet so long I forgot about it. I had presumed that since it had been shortened from a 40L to a 40R it wasn't quite up to SF standards... but next time I will start on SF if I have something unsual like this.

I say go with a solid charcoal, navy, or dark gray next then.

Maybe it's not the best place to ask but i will try.

I hope somebody can help me to choose boots for winter. Cant decide what brand is better. My girlfriend likes http://suitts.me/sherlok/amazoncom-florsheim-mens-hawley-lace-up-boot-shoes/ this one, but i think that they are ugly (.

I like second one   http://suitts.me/sherlok/amazoncom-david-spencer-mens-montgomery-chukka-boot-shoes/ much more, but i dont know anything about David Spencer and of course i dont wanna to buy low quality shoes. Any suggestions? Other similar boots?

Anyone seen any wicked overcoats in 40/42L? Need to kop one for winter workwear (first winter with a real job happy.gif ), and my birthday is comin' up so I need to send off some gift suggestions to my family. Like some of the stuff on eHaberdasher but nothing has really jumped out at me, & am a novice at surfing the ebay.
