Too low button stance in my opinion. I also agree about the labels are somewhat off, the gorge is too low. So considering how the lapels look and how much tie and shirt that is going to show, I'd say it looks pretty outdated.

If you look at the height of the gorge, the point where the lapels and collar of the jacket cross each other, it looks that it has about as low gorge as previous. Modern look has the gorge around the widest point of the suit, the shoulder line, or higher. I would try to get a jacket with a gorge around the shoulder line. I think both the lapel and collar having their widest point close to the shoulder line, widest part of the suit gives it nice balanced look, and balance dates better than latest fashion.
