I'm not familiar with Red Wing or Alden sizing. Could you possibly be more specific? Do they run a half size big or larger?

Absolutely love these and will buy them in the future. To answer your question after much of my research, the makers of Oak Street Bootmakers say to buy in your normal dress shoe size and not to size up or down. SF Members tend to lean towards sizing down .5 if you are wearing sockless but I emailed Oak Street and they still recommended sticking to your comfortable dress shoe size and not to size down.

Why are these still here? If you're a size 10, go buy them. I have them in navy and they're great shoes. At $210 and no wait time, these are a steal.
