Seiko 5, a nice staple for me:

I'm looking for a good Seiko auto with a leather strap for business suits. Any suggestions?

I guess it comes down to what you want to spend, but my standard recommendation is the Seiko SARB017. It comes on a brown leather strap but can easily be switched out for a back one if you prefer.

Crappy photo of mine:

Also, your 5 looks pretty nice, if you really want to save some money, you could just buy a leather strap for that one and wear that on days when needed. But I understand that some folks don't like to wear divers with suits.

Don't get me wrong i love the Alpinist, but i feel that brown straps aren't as versatile as black straps

Heres a suggestion:

SARB065 Cocktail Time

I like the Hamilton khaki but I'm looking for something with all black casing.

Not quite the same look, but the Parnis pilot watches are pretty boss for the practically nothing you pay for them.

The khaki titanium is but it might be priced a bit high for you. Also, Steinhart has a pilot watch in the $500 range.

Thank you for the suggestions, like that Cocktail Hour Seiko. Found a Hamilton of similar simplicity:

Will need to research the quality of Hamilton watches now smile.gif

What do you guys think of the Steinhart Ocean One Vintage? I already have a Skx007 and a Maratac Pilot, but I really love the vintage look of this one. Also considering the Ocean Vintage Military.

I think they're a very nice looking watch and a great price for what you get with Steinhart.
