Yes, this is significantly better. Seems like Orient is still the winner in budget CBD watches.

I just saw one of these for sale on craigslist for  75 bucks (minus the metal bracelet).  Should I jump on it?

Sounds like a decent deal esp if you like the 'well worn' look; only no telling how the movement runs...

If the movement is running fine, I'd jump on it. I would definitely switch out the Seiko rubber strap for say a G-10 Nato strap in blue and red if can find one.

As others have mentioned, for $75, if the movement works fine, that's a pretty good deal. You can even buy a new bezel insert to replace that Pepsi style one if it's too faded for your tastes. A new insert is relatively cheap and easy to install.

Been contemplating getting one of those since I noticed Bill Murray wore one of those is "Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou"

I find most of the amfibias/dirskies to cheesy for my liking, but the blue scuba dude is alright. Some of the more conservatively styled amfibia dials are ok too. The bezels are the really ugly part, my goal is to get the stainless steel murphy bezel to smooth out the look:

Got my first Marina Militare after eyeing being put off by the quartz one for being a quartz. They finally released an automatic one. However, the chronograph don't seem to work. Or that I don't know how to operate it since it's my first chronograph. Any help?

I have the Symphony which is basically the Bambino w/ a flat crystal, rather than domed.

The finishing is very refined - shockingly so for the price. It's really a great-looking watch.

The only thing that looks remotely cheap is the fact that the movement is completely unadorned but they, for some reason, put an exhibition back on it.
