Has anyone tried the Wood and Faulk passthrough strap?
Is it thick?

If you like it, don't mind hand wind, like the Beatles, and $160 isn't an unreasonable amount for your budget, why not?

If that comment is for me, thank you!

I crafted it because I couldn't find any leather NATOs I was happy with biggrin.gif

Nice strap. If you don't have some already, pick up a bottle of this to start the patina - Leather Honey

Really softens up the rawhide and allows the natural texture to show through and start wearing naturally. In my experience, it only darkens the leather slightly at first, if at all.

Just as a warning, I've found Leather Honey to darken pretty significantly, so I only use it when I really want something darker.

Sinn is a little overpriced considering they use unmodified 2824 movements. The main attraction is the hardened cases and the tool-ish styling, but I feel it has departed some way from Helmut Sinn's original vision after the company's acquisition. I think the Stowa Prodiver is a better tool watch for the money.

I bought some from that link. I'll make another strap just to Honey.
