Did some digging, and it is a Seiko Superior – SKZ297J

Try eBay first.

Ive seen it listed on Amazon (3rd party), and the odd euro site for ~$350. Hopefully it will make its way to more retailers in the next few months.

A quick search didn't show it listed currently on CreationWatches.com but you might want to contact them or just keep an eye out on their site. They usually have a pretty good selection and the best prices I've seen for most Seikos. I recently bought an SKX007 from them (am wearing it right now) and they shipped it from Singapore to my house in the Detroit area very quickly. After searching for about a week or so for one online and at a few local places, Creation had the best price by a long shot.

Hey folks. Not sure if you missed my post on the previous page, finally got my SKZ297. Some more pics to see what it looks like IRL.

I did some searching around and contacting folks. The only place you'll find it still in stock is Portugal and Spain, and even there, stock is low. It was only produced for a season from what I can gather from a distributor in Singapore and it was winter 2010.

It's pricey yea, but it's a really rugged dress watch (10 bar with sapphire), and if you're looking for something very classic looking, it's great. It's not an alpinist, but it's a good bit cheaper than it.

^ MikeMZA, I missed your photos on the previous page--not sure how. It looks great!

Does the seller you purchased from have a web store? If so, please post a link. Thanks!

What? Do'nt be unreasonable! $100+ free shipping! Greed is a sin, no one wants to go to hell, certainlly not I! I bet if you sell it for the agreed amount you may probably be spared of such judgementdevil.gif

I've been on the hunt for the back version of the blue spark for months now.

So the SCVS015? Looks like they're just as rare as the Blue Spark.
