It seems that Sea-Gull is a lot like Seiko in this; they have widely disparate lines at applicable price points. I got my M182SK when the price from Kevin was $185, and I paid $90 shipped from the 'bay.
The tourbillons are in the $6K range, and all I can suggest is to keep Googling and searching on ebay. Maybe something will turn up.
Dunno about quality / cost for them. The skeleton is just a ridiculously lot of watch for the money, even at full retail.
