Finally something to compete with and maybe even top Nolen's Batman franchise! And it's in Japan! With ninjas!

with aronofsky directing it'll probably be dark, violent, and completely rated R...thank you jesus!

No way Marvel will allow this to be rated R. They will want this to be accessible to a wide audience.

The good thing is all the origin stuff is out of the way. Hopefully, it will join the ranks of Spider-Man 2, X2, The Dark Knight, Hellboy 2 and Superman II instead of Punisher: War Zone.

O.o. I'm not sure what to expect... mainstream blockbusters aren't really his forte. This should be interesting.

I haven't seen Black Swan yet, but I think I'm out on Aronofsky. I saw and loved Pi in college, but haven't seen it since. I found Requiem oddly tedious despite the copious amount of shock value thrown in. The Fountain was the Fountain, and The Wrestler bored me to death.

I think Fox holds the film rights for all X-Men related properties.

I hope they pay him a lot of money. He is quite good and I would hate to see him selling himself out cheaply.

I hope that's true, because we all know how Fox gets down.

I'm going to guess he's fighting Silver Samurai in this movie. Good choice of villian IMO.

Looks like he's already trying to bulk up Hugh Jackman. A 6,000 calorie a day diet will do that.
