I do not look forward to listening to STL sports radio tomorrow.

I haven't even given much thought to who I'm going to root for now. I'll work it out right here in the Reply box.

Tigers: None of their D's--on their home caps, road caps, and home jerseys--are the same. That is ridiculous. And if they win, I fear that I will be subjected to television appearances by Kid Rock, Eminem, and perhaps even Ted Nugent. I do not need that. On the other hand, they have 18 belt loops on their pants. That's pretty cool.

Giants: There are many homosexuals in SF, and the homosexual wants nothing more than to tear apart the moral fabric of our nation. On the other hand, I do like the placket piping the Giants have introduced onto their road jerseys. I also like when they wear the hats with the orange bills. (They wore those when I was a youth too.)

Tigers it is.

(j/k about the homosexuals bit, of course.)

Giants and Tigers, eh? This should be interesting. Both teams have some interesting characters. Unlike '06, the Tigers are better prepared during the long wait period. Wonder if JV or Fister have learned how to hit? :D

Either do I, Ramboski.

Cabrera and Fielder need to get hot. Hopefully the defense is sharp. Really didn't have to play much of it with Oakland and New York striking out so much.

Sounds like its gonna be Zito and Tiny Tim for Game 1 and 2. That favors Detroit. We will see if they can capitalize.

Well Congrats to the Giants. Must cheer for the Tigers now as my dual allegiance to the Cards and Dodgers precludes me from every supporting the Giants.

Gotta see how Lincecum comes up. If he can beat Verlander then I think the Giants can take it.

It all depends which JV we see. In the playoffs, this year, he has been spectacular. But in previous years, and the awful All Star game, his mighty powers left him. We'll see. In a situation like this, I'm more confident of the "no names": Scherzer, Fister, and Sanchez.

Sir, you are not allowed to have allegiances to two teams in the same league. You get one main team and a secondary team in the other league.

Nervous too. But the AS Game was anomaly. He was throwing straight heat from pitch 1. No curves, sliders, change ups etc.

It's the homer in me but last postseason was a joke with the luck he had in starts. He had two delays. It sucked. It's one thing to waste a Porcello start, but him?

Oh. It may be too pricy but I know someone selling 2 ticket in 104 for $800 total
