Sounds like its gonna be Zito and Tiny Tim for Game 1 and 2. That favors Detroit. We will see if they can capitalize.

This is Bochy giving the Tigers 2 games. The Giants can only win when they come from behind.

2 evenly matched teams. But the Giants will win in the end.

i got the giants. going with the momentum on this one. bottle of rum or beer B?

The Giants will need more than "momentum" in the face of the Tigers starting pitching, Cabrera, Fielder, and that crazy, grumpy, savvy, Marlboro smokin', mumblin', gamblin' old man, Jim Leyland,

One thing going for the Tigers is that he The Skipper is an experienced manger from the NL. The ways of the NL are foreign to us, but Leyland knows that game well. But, if he puts Valverde on the mound, everything will be up for grabs.

I've been searching for tickets, but the cheapest I can find are nearly $400 a seat.
No tengo (that much) dinero! :(

JV gave a good and honest press conference today. He learned his lessons from ''06. He'll be ready.

I can't wait.

The Giants have the advantage of NOT resting for the Series to begin, IMO. But also, there's some crazy in this Giants team that feeds off of the excitement and fury of these games.

Yeah, I knew that one was going to be a loser. This one's even money at this point so it should at least be worthwhile.

Excited for tonight but I'm a nervous wreck.

Looks like Baumgarner is pitching Game 2. Two lefties in a row.
