The mentions of Rodriguez begin in 2009 and continue all the way through last season. Take a page in another notebook, which is labeled "2012" and looks to have been written last spring. Under the heading "A-Rod/Cacique," Bosch writes, "He is paid through April 30th. He will owe May 1 $4,000... I need to see him between April 13-19, deliver troches, pink cream, and... May meds. Has three weeks of Sub-Q (as of April)."

Elsewhere in his notebooks, Bosch writes that "Sub-Q" refers to his mixture of HGH, IGF-1, and other drugs.

The notebooks and client lists aren't the only evidence linking Rodriguez to Bosch. Former employees say Bosch would openly brag about selling drugs to Rodriguez.

"He was always talking about A-Rod," says one former employee who asked not to be named. "We never saw any athletes in the office, so we didn't know if he was just talking bullshit or not. But he would brag about how tight they were."

damn... it makes you wonder... fucking A-Rod keeps on lying and is now implicated for using PEDs from 2009 right up to last season...

i wondered why cashman was hinting about the possibility of Arod missing all of next season. Makes sense if he's out half of the season and has to eventually serve a 50game suspension on top of rehabbing from his hip surgery.

I'm shocked SHOCKED to find out that MLBers still cheat.

Is is sad that I'm actually encouraged that some of these guys got caught before this came to light? The system is not quite as toothless as I thought!

I hope to christ the Yankees can somehow get out of his contract with this latest revelation.

I hope not. These two star crossed lovers deserve each other.

I was gonna mention this.

Yahoo is easy. We can do weekly roster changes. Set every Sunday. Weeks start Monday and go to Sunday.

I made a thread re this and it's probably better to leave it up in case people who don't read this often catch it.

I've never played weekly H2H- always daily and on Yahoo.

I prefer it, but it's up to everyone else.

What's up with V-Mart? I have a chance to keep him in one of my leagues and I'm not sure I should.

All things point to him being good to go. He will solely DH. Maybe a game at first every once in a great while.

Aside from the year off, which is a huge X factor, what's not to like having him hit behind Jackson, Hunter, Miggy, and Fielder.

Lots of buzz in Cleveland about ownership opening the wallets for Bourn, Swisher, and Francona. At least this year no one will look at an Indians lineup card and think it's for the Columbus Clippers...

I really don't understand what the fuck they're doing with the roster. They can't compete, or even come close, to Detroit. They're overpaying for aging middle of the road players and hoping to fill seats.

I dunno about my other Yankees cohorts in here but I will not miss Nick Swisher. He was okay at the plate and subpar on defense. His exuberance was cloying too.

Meh. He was a middle of the road player that was paid a middle of the road wage. I think we got the best of him. Which, again, is why I don't really understand what Cleveland sees in him.
