I have no idea. How many have been forfeited? One each?

I think so - OSU gave up last year's Sugar, I believe, and USC gave one up during the Reggie Bush years.

Was at the game as usual. ACC referees terrible as usual, but FSU deserved to lose that shitfest. Terrible playcalling by Jimbo; the last series, especially, was just baffling. If we lose to Florida, I think Jimbo has one more year at best.

I was actually sorry to see Clemson lose, but loved watching Oregon go down. They may be the only Pac-10 team I hate more than USC.

Florida struggled against Furman, so this ought to be the year to beat them.

Really rooting for Arkansas and Auburn this week...

We routinely play to the level of the competition.

I say this every 4-5 years it seems, but this year's crop of teams is terrible. Even LSU is a really mediocre team, especially offensively.

Does anyone know if Oregon or Stanford are hurt in BCS computer rankings by the fact that USC is unranked? When the computers assess Oregon's record, do they say that Oregon lost a close game to a 10-2 team, or do they see that they lost to a team out of the top 25? Just wondering.

USC is ranked in the computer polls, but not the USA Today or Harris "human" polls. The computers have USC ranked as high as #6 (Billingsley), but most have them in the mid-teens. So as far as the computers are concerned, the USC games had the appropriate impact on the rankings.

Has LSU clinched a spot in the National Championship game? If you think about it, they cannot lose more than one game, and if they do, it would be to a very good opponent (either Arkansas or Georgia). They're almost certainly the best one-loss team in the country.

The potential SEC Outcomes are:

1. LSU beats Arkansas, beats Georgia
2. LSU beats Arkansas, loses to Georgia
3. LSU loses to Arkansas, Alabama beats Auburn, Alabama beats Georgia
4. LSU loses to Arkansas, Alabama beats Auburn, Alabama loses to Georgia
5. LSU loses to Arkansas, Alabama loses to Auburn, Arkansas beats Georgia
6. LSU loses to Arkansas, Alabama loses to Auburn, Arkansas loses to Georgia

It's hard to see a scenario where LSU is shut out of the game. It's also hard to see how we're not going to have an SEC West rematch in the title game.

How about this:

Arkansas beats LSU, new rankings are 1. Alabama, 2. Arkansas, 3. LSU. Alabama beats Georgia in the SEC Championship game. BCS Championship game is Alabama v. Arkansas.
