You have to go way back to find the last #1 ranked running back according to scout to sign with UGA:  Isaiah Crowell.  How's that working out for you guys?

All trash talk aside, I've never understood why the media and all of Georgia's rivals perpetuate this. I've never heard a UGA fan even imply that someone is the "next Herschel," yet people love to pretend we throw a "next Herschel" coronation ceremony for every highly-regarded RB we sign.

there are plenty of reports of crowell being soft, having attitude problems, and frustrating his teammates and coaches.  I don't care how many yards you gain or how talented you are, if you don't have heart and aren't a good teammate you are hurting your team in the long run.

+1. There's a lot of wisdom here. Thankfully the teams I root for have 18 yr-olds without attitude problems. Seriously WTF is this? Do you have any of these numerous reports you can share?
