Glad to find this thread, I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I must say it's impressive stuff. I bought the smallest dosage I could find at the local GNC, 1mg. I take one pill about 30-45 minutes before I plan to sleep, it's nothing dramatic but it really just helps me wind down to get ready for bed. It won't knock me out but restful sleep is definitely awesome.

If you guys are feeling groggy it simply means you aren't getting enough sleep. Try to get around 8 hours, and take the pill in advance. Start with small dosages!

This is worth repeating. I take only 1mg and it is more than sufficient for me. 3mg or more is probably too much, at least to start.

I take a 2.5mg sublingual tablet almost every night, I agree with the part about crazy dreams, but I would definitely recommend it for when you're having trouble sleeping.

If you pull an all-nighter you should take melatonin the two weeks following (melatonin production will fall to zero and will take two weeks to recover).
