Suede Wingtips

I'm looking for a pair of taupe suede wingtips to kick around in. I like that the Bass Barretts are long wings, but I'm questionable of how they'll hold up, and how cheap they'll look in person. I know several people have them:



These Johnston & Murphy Barretts don't look to bad, for just a bit more, but they're obviously not longwings.



Any other options anyone can think of, or experience with either of these shoes?

aldens are available in that color suede ... check ben silver, leathersoul hawaii, leffot

the red brick sole on a snuff suede plain toe blucher = "dirty buck"

brooks brothers offers them all the time as well

they are easy to wear in the summer ... let them get dirty and wear with various light colors and sunglasses in the sunshine ...

bass makes in some good styles but i have returned or donated every pair i've bought in the last five years ... i guess i am spoiled though
