I'm going to start buying. The market is already climbing back the drop. Lots of panic sell w/o much reason. England is not that important.

Thinking counter... DB down 15%.

Or MS down 8%, nice discount

Before you go buying Euro banks, consider the following chart.  DB is winning this horse race to zero and this was last week.

Yes, Deutsche Bank is in serious trouble.

The German government will step in. Too big to fail.

OTC, do you really think they won't continue a free trade with the EU?  The EU is going to make it a huge pain to leave, so it will be slow going.  Once they do leave, they'll stay are apart of the free trade zone I'd be willing to bet.

Actually the BBC says EU leaders are telling the UK to make the departure speedy.

Obviously the UK will have to do something. When they exit, they will have no trade agreements.

They will also have to sort out their issues with worker displacement. Lot of UK folks working in the EU. Lot of EU folks working in the UK. And a lot of EU/UK people working in the UK, but for companies that will need to move operations to an EU member.

But I don't think the EU is just going to say "ok, y'alls can keep the free trade zone with no strings attached"

So either they will get to stay, but then be subject to all of the same trade and product regulations that the #leave campaigners were using as ammunition...or they will have to start setting up their own agreements/joining other partnerships.

I'm still on the sidelines... I don't think we have seen the bottom yet.

I initiated a small deposit into my WiseBanyan account...but that will probably take 2-3 days to clear.

Not a lot of other ways for me to quickly deploy cash right now. I actually have more cash than I would like, but it is sitting in a savings account that is not linked to relevant accounts for ACH. So either I would need several days to authenticate a new link or I would need several days to transfer to checking...and then several days to transfer to brokerage.

Yay for the american banking system!

huh, not as bad as I thought... I set a bunch of buy orders pretty low and of all things ended up buying some AAPL and TSLA (which I sold within an hour or two). Airlines were down quite a bit. Some of my oil/gas ones too but not enough to even buy some.

Man, I wish I'd held on. The morning dip scared the shit out of me so I decided to just take the profits and run. Watching it climb back up all day has been torture.
