Hearing people try to defend these companies even just today is crazy. It's like they're missing the basic underlying math and understanding of risk that is at the heart of credit.

What's a joke is that Lending Club's ABS sold by GS/Jefferies can't even get a rating from the S&P/Moody's/Fitch.

Akin to a credit score from Klout or Yelp instead of Experian/TransUnion/Equifax.

Ask most people in Texas, and Austin doesn't count. :P

What happened?

I remember seeing it up around 2-3% in early morning trading and was just happy it wasn't massively down. Next time I look, 6%... 8%... 10%. Whoa.

Just kept unexpectedly climbing.

Then around 1-2 pm it was up 17%!!! Such a crazy volatile stock with so much of dat drama.

Ackman on CNBC defending VRX. And shorts squeezed.

And people probably realized Buffet isn't that great of an investor across different styles.

God I remember that live on TV. Was sitting on an active floor when that came on. Traders were going crazy.

Trade King for Roth, Robinhood for normal trades.

I used Eikon for price discovery though.

Do you like the Eikon service?  We are debating purchasing that vs. use Bloomberg for everything.  I guess it just depends on comfort with each system.

Bloomberg is overpriced, the only good part about is it's instant bloomberg.
