SCTY and SUNE are both seeing short covering actions. Their fundamentals still suck and for SCTY, once a recession hits it's going to suck way more.

Noted, thanks.

Oil related stocks are really taking it hard. At this point the only upside catalyst I have left is to pray.

Yeah this oil war is getting stupid and expensive. OPEC is stressing its own members and Russia...

I wouldn't be surprised if we are politically backing the Saudis. Hurting all our enemies.

Still really destroying everything. I had figured everything I invested in had at least 2 years of liquidity. We've basically breached that first year now. Buying more Chesapeake still, but at this point I only use money I have set aside for shopping and figures its a true roll of the dice.

No more for me, just cruising along with what I have. If I do buy more it will be in 6 months~ just to give this some time to continue

One or two exceptions would be pricing on XOM, I'm below my average price at the moment, so I will add more if it goes lower still. I plan to wait and see if the mood doesn't further depress pricing.

My best pricing on XOM was in 2010, we haven't seen those prices on XOM but RDSA, COP seem to be around 2010 pricing, even BP is close to crisis era pricing at its worst point.

Banking and consumer staples are happy at the moment.

I bought some more SMLP. Sure, it should fall more, but at this point, the yield is crazy tempting.

Initiating a pair trade tomorrow: short CMG and long KMB for increased toilet paper and diaper sales.

For a second I sat there trying to figure this out, then couldn't stop laughing.

Not a fan of Saudi Arabia at the moment.

can't say I blame them for their decision given they got burned in the past when other opec members didn't hold up their ends of the collective agreement to decrease oil production.

Fool me once..

Wow. Taking such a big hit.

CORR did a reverse split which has turned into a disaster. IMO a really good speculative stock at 18% yield. Especially when its fundamentals aren't directly based on the price of oil (unless it goes so low that its lease holders declare chapter 7 because it's not worth taking out of the ground).
