part of that is due to amazon's crazy amount of reinvestment.

Is it? They are delivering. The market was very, very strong on FB today. Lots of new money. No doubt it tries 70 if macro-econ conditions don't scupper it.

I'm going to add FB as my final pick of the year.

$AMZN down over 9%

^ never owned it. You can't sustain that valuation on such small margins.

Some stuff recovered. FB new all time high, that helps.

Do with this what you will. Also margin debt hit an all time high, 444MM - as a percentage of GDP this is still below the high set in '07.

Off to a wonderful start today.

It is a nice little cock punch to start the week.

Thinking it may be time to add a little AMZN... Also NEM. Looks like I'll be catching falling knives all week, wish me luck.

Anyone ever come across PARRD? I'm liking the company's story and its fundys (at least for a distressed company). But it's tough add to illiquid positions with increased implied volatility ahead...

A little off topic: for anyone interested in oil/energy investing I highly recommend the book Oil 101. Just finished it up and I learned a ton.
