GLUU's little pullback didn't list longer than the blink of an eye it seems. Back to business, zoom zoom zoom.

really?  sentiment based on options is still fairly bullish, vix is still signaling a bull market, s&p is still in corrections territory.

so either 10yr ust yield, corp bond yield, tips yield, emerging market currency, business activities across the globe, slowed down import/exports all over the place, energy usage, etc, are wrong.  Or the stock market is wrong.

We'll see soon.

yes, yes, 'we could see a rally soon' is pretty vague.

both a dead cat bounce rally like eurusd 2 weeks ago or a rally that takes s&p to new highs will both satisfy the statement.

so what is it?

I'll take a dead cat

Don't think they'll be implicated in rate fixing? This scandal will definitely jump the pond.

I Think one scandal is good for the moment at jpm.

If they are found to have been rate fixing, forget the billions in fines for fraud, the litigation will sink them completely.

$$$ biggrin.gif no negativity here.

I thought the market might over react to the revised Q1 losses and increased trading losses, despite strong earnings. I was going to pick it up at open but it had already jumped 3% pre open.

I don't know if the libor issues will cross the pond since the Fed knew about Barcap.
